Before any machining begins, we thoroughly clean and inspect your components, removing carbon deposits, oil and grime. Each inspection follows a stringent checklist with critical data recorded for a complete prognosis of your block and/or cylinder head.
Our Berco surface grinder, equipped with PCD (Poly-Crystalline Diamond) or CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) tooling, produces industry-leading surface finishes on any aluminum or iron cylinder head or block.
We offer internal and external balancing (also strokers). Weight match both ends of the rods, weight match the pistons. Software driven analysis by Pro Bal balancing machine. This allows us to balance the rotating assembly starting with the crank, then adding in the balancer, flywheel and balance them where they live. We also Balance pressure plates. Giving you the best possible balance available.
