RVJ REMANUFACTURED ENGINES

RVJ sets the bar on every one of our remanufactured and performance engines, short blocks, long blocks, whether it is stock or performance. Our remanufactured engines are completely disassembled, machined to superior specifications than Subaru. Replace all wear parts and inspect all non-wear parts. We focus on fixing known issues and we back all builds with comprehensive nationwide warranty.

Torque Plate Honing

Seasoned case haves are torque plate honed to match the pistons being installed. The plates are torqued to match the hardware being used. This insures accuracy and fitment of the pistons to decrease oil consumption and extends the over life of the engine.

Resized Connecting Rods

Resized connecting rods restore original dimensions, ensuring a precise fit and optimal oil clearance, reducing rod knock risk, and enhancing engine durability. Complementing these are Safety rod bearings and main bearings.

ARP Connecting Rod Bolts

ARP connecting rod bolts are precision CNC-machined to exacting specifications. They are heat-treated and threads are rolled to provide up to ten times more fatigue strength. This makes them far superior to standard OEM fasteners in terms of durability, and fully capable of handling the extra stress of high performance engines.

Hardened ACL Bearings

Hardened crank and rod bearings protects your engine under increased horsepower, higher RPMs, and severe cylinder pressures from a turbocharger that cause stock aluminum or bi-metal bearings to flex, extrude, or fail.

Forged Piston Kit

Forged pistons, known for their exceptional strength and wear resistance, add significant value to the engine's performance and overall durability. If it's modified for more power, the stock cast pistons may not be able to withstand the increased stress. This is where forged pistons come in. We have also equipped the engine with high-grade piston rings and seals, improving the engine's compression and oil control.

Warranty

RVJ limited warrants this engine against defects in workmanship and materials for 24 months or 24,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of receipt.

Core Charge & Freight Shipping

Unlike traditional practices, we do not require an up-front core charge when you purchase our product. Instead, we offer a convenient and hassle-free process for returning your old short block, ensuring a smooth transaction for both parties.

By making a purchase from us, you agree to promptly deliver your core (old short block) within 30 days from the date of purchase. It is crucial to adhere to this time frame to avoid any inconveniences. After the 30-day period, failure to return your core will result in the voiding of your warranty and a charge of $750.00
